occupation Business Analyst & Grant Coordinator
I bring over 19 years of professional experience in accounting, payroll, human resources, and financial management, making me uniquely qualified to serve as Collingdale Borough’s next Tax Collector. I’ve worked as an Operations Manager in the construction industry and as a Business Analyst specializing in accounting and marketing for one of the largest childcare providers in Delaware County. These roles sharpened my skills in financial oversight, budgeting, and strategic planning—key components for responsibly managing taxpayer dollars. In addition, my extensive background in modernizing systems and improving operational efficiency directly aligns with the needs of the Tax Collector’s office.
Restoring and maintaining public trust begins with open communication and consistent transparency. If elected, I will provide regular, easy-to-understand financial reporting so residents always know where their tax dollars are going. I will maintain an open-door policy—ensuring community members can contact the office with questions, concerns, or ideas, and receive timely, respectful responses. I also plan to host public forums and educational workshops to explain tax processes, answer questions, and offer resources for residents who may need assistance with payment. By modernizing our systems and offering user-friendly digital tools, I will make the tax process more accessible, efficient, and less intimidating.
Transparency: Regular reports and open communication with residents.

Modernization: Implementing updated software and online payment tools to streamline tax collection.

Fairness: Advocating for relief programs and offering flexible payment options to support residents facing hardship.
