My top priorities are easing the tax burden on seniors, balancing the budget without raising taxes, and creating a business-friendly borough. I’ll push for targeted tax relief, cut wasteful spending through a detailed budget review, and streamline processes to support small businesses. These steps will help generate smart growth and keep Hatboro affordable and thriving.
As a small business owner, I know how to make every dollar count. I’ve had to stretch resources and make tough decisions—just like local government. I also served as the founding president of a union representing 130 members, where I helped negotiate two contracts totaling $50 million. That experience taught me how to navigate complex budgets, advocate for people, and find fair, financially responsible solutions.
If I had a magic wand, I’d focus on strengthening Hatboro’s downtown—helping fill empty storefronts, attracting new businesses, and making the area more inviting for residents and visitors alike, all while preserving the historic, hometown feel that makes our borough special. A vibrant downtown brings people together, supports our local economy, and builds community pride. While we may not have a magic wand, we can achieve this through smart planning, public-private partnerships.
Transparency is key. I would advocate for regular town halls, accessible meeting minutes, and clear communication from Borough Council. I believe residents deserve to be informed and heard. I’ll also work to increase engagement with younger residents and those who may feel left out of the process. As a public servant, I’ve built trust by being visible, responsive, and honest—that’s exactly how I’ll serve on council.
