Qualifications Served on council 28 yrs, 8 as council president. Only council candidate who is a lifelong resident of Emmaus, 5th generation
The issue for Emmaus is the cost to operate. When we become more efficient or find savings we get hit w more expensive gov't regulations. Example, the county required the Boro to buy radios for emergency services for $821k! I address budget items as wants/needs. Wants are cut 1st. I support being more efficient, applying for grants,+ lowering health ins costs by shopping
