1. Old Seabrook’s accessibility and pedestrian experience: limited sidewalks, unclear signage, and inconsistent parking information make it hard for visitors and residents to navigate. I would prioritize phased infrastructure and wayfinding improvements continuous sidewalks, clear parking and business signage, and safer crossings to make Old Seabrook more inviting and boost local commerce.
2. Fiscal transparency and prioritization, residents deserve clarity on how tax dollars are spent. I would promote clearer budget communications, regular public budget workshops, and outcome focused spending tied to measurable goals like safer streets, improved parks, and increased economic activity.
I would invest the $5 million to enhance safety, walkability, and economic vitality. Priorities, build continuous sidewalks and safer pedestrian crossings in Old Seabrook to create cohesive wayfinding and parking signage to support local businesses, upgrade parks and trails to better connect neighborhoods and recreation areas and fund a traffic and mobility study to explore lower speed limits and safe routes for golf carts where appropriate. These investments would improve everyday life and encourage more local activity.
I will listen carefully, represent neighbors fairly, and bring practical, nonpartisan solutions to City Council. I want to enhance community engagement, transparent updates, and opportunities for residents to help set priorities. I’ll work to support small businesses, improve parks and walkability, pursue smart infrastructure investments, and ensure fiscal responsibility so Seabrook remains a safe, welcoming place to live, work and visit.

i started my business in 1984, since then we have grown to 5 locations and 28 employees. with adding other companies, we are now over 150 employees. I know all aspects of business and help the city run like a proper business. also, I have been on various committees over the last ten years. i have good insight how the city operates.
One of the biggest issues facing Seabrook is properly controlling our small areas of undeveloped land, we have to control these through proper zoning and coding to control the development for the best interest of the residents of Seabrook.
Two other issues I have are the development of the Point and the development of the new Bayside Park. These can and will be two of Seabrook’s greatest assets to draw people to our city hopefully patronize our businesses. Maintaining our parks and trail system huge goal for the city. We have one of the finest parks and trail systems in the area.
One issue facing us is the deterioration of some of our roads. These are very expensive to repair. Some of that $5mil grant would go great towards improving the infrastructure of our city roads to help all residents of our city. A good portion of that could be used to help our recreational areas such as our parks, waterways, boating docks, skate/frisbee parks. Also, some of those funds could be used to help support our police and fire departments the city gets as a whole an improvement.
Hopefully, it will bring some sensible stability back to the city. The last election was can only be described as extremely “nasty”. We have an extremely large amount of people that want to get involved with great ideas but hate the mudslinging that goes on. Somehow, we have to bring back the old feel of Seabrook from decades past with our modern development
