The Town of Rutherford Town Council is composed of the Mayor and five council members - one member is an at-large member, and four represent a specific ward.All Town Council members are elected at-large (city-wide) in non-partisan elections, for staggered, four year terms.The four ward-specific council members must reside in the ward they are elected to represent.
