Tuscarawas County Commissioner (Term 1/03)
County Commissioners serve as the general adminstrative body for Tuscarawas County. There are three county commissioners, each of whom serve a four-year term. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to: conducting hearings on county projects and accepting bids for the work on those projectsappointing citizens to serve on boards for county services, such as the Council on Aging and the Convention and Visitors Bureaumantaining and insuring county properties and assetsworking with municipal bodies withing Tuscarawas County on areas of common concernworking with leaders of various fields to attract more jobs to the countyserving on regional and state boards, such as Children and Family First Council and Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne Solid Waste Districtmaintaining a balanced budget for Tuscarawas County2025 Salary: $73,606
