The right of whether to terminate a pregnancy should be between the pregnant woman & her medical providers and whomever else she wants to consult including the father and/or her religious advisor. Government should not be involved in this most personal of decisions.
I will work to reduce energy rates by encouraging the greater use of renewable & sustainable energy sources. I will to reduce burdensome property taxes & health care costs. Finally, I will vote to raise NH's very low minimum wage of $7.25 per hour, & encourage more workers to join & organize into labor unions.
I will encourage state government to work with municipalities, private businesses, as well as non-profit agencies to create more affordable housing by building more dwelling units as well as renovating existing dwelling units and other buildings. Frankly, we need to increase the exisitng supply of affordable housing to ensure such housing for all.
Favor making voter easier including automatically registering citizens to vote when they turn age 18. Also they should be allowed to registered at state agency & human services offices as well as at the polls on voting days. Finally, favor a "no excuses" absentee voter law, which would allow citizens to automatically obtain an absentee ballot with no hassles.
Encourage the production of cleaner & more sustainable energy, which would be cheaper in the long run. Also encourage the use of more electrical vehicles as well as more public transportation.
