I will actively support legislation that codifies the right to abortion in New Hampshire. Without these protections, our state legislature has been free to propose abortion bans starting as early as 15 days (when no woman would know she is pregnant). Abortion bans are a threat to the well-being of pregnant people, and I stand firmly against any legislation that comes between individuals and their medical providers. We need to trust women and their doctors.

We must prioritize affordable housing. I believe in creating more housing options through new construction, updated zoning policies, and rent stabilization measures. It's crucial for our state's growth to attract and retain young talent, and affordable housing is critical to achieving this.

The effects of climate change felt acutely here on the seacoast. Many residents and businesses are situated in flood zones, facing the immediate impacts of a changing climate. I am dedicated to ensuring that legislative actions not only bolster our economy but also contribute positively to our environment. By reducing greenhouse gas emissions and supporting the growth of green jobs, we can combat climate change while securing a sustainable and prosperous future.
