East Brunswick Township Mayor
The Township of East Brunswick operates within the Faulkner Act under the Mayor-Council Plan E form of municipal government. The governing body is comprised of the Mayor and the five-member Township Council, with all members elected at large for 4 year terms as part of the November general election in even-numbered years. The mayor and two council seats are up for vote together during Presidential election years, with the other seats up for vote two years later.
Please explain why you are running and describe the personal and professional experiences/skills that make you uniquely qualified to serve in municipal government.
What are your priorities for your term in municipal government?
In communicating with people in your community, how would you talk about difficult issues whose solutions might have significant costs or side effects associated with them?
When groups of residents disagree about issues, please state what steps you would take (beyond listening to both sides) to resolve the issue.
In addition to the issues you have already addressed, what other challenges to the municipality do you see and how would you address them?
