What actions will you propose to address potential gun violence in your city?

What actions will you propose to address the growing water shortage in Central Florida?

What are the two most issues facing your community; how do you propose to address each of them?

How can your community encourage the development of workforce housing while using infrastructure efficiently?

How would you address the challenge of building community in your city, given the rapid growth being experienced throughout Seminole County?

Gun control is not something a city commissioner has control of. But I do wish to ensure our officers are paid comparable wages and have comparable pensions to neighboring cities as well as ongoing simulation training so their first interaction with a person with a weapon is not during an emergent situation.
Water treatment plants must be updated and higher quality. Additionally encouraging and educating residents on Florida native plants and less grassy open spaces that use up a lot of water resources.
Waste water and storm water are two of our biggest issues.

Easter water plants need updated and maintained. To do this we have to be quicker and more effective at securing funds before more catastrophic spills happen.

Storm water we have to clean and clear our waterways more regularly. We have to successfully divert water away from homes. We have to limit development in ways that could negatively impact other areas.
In a city with 80% housing, we need to more so work on revitalization of the businesses near the housing. Additionally ensure good transportation for those working.
Our community is tight knit and strong. But fostering an activity calendar that allows the community to interact in positive ways would be great. Also starting with city hall, being the positive we want to see.
