1. Continue working to make high-quality health care affordable and accessible to all Minnesotans: rein in insurance companies, attract and training more health care professionals, reduce cost of prescription drugs. 2. Continue supporting our environment: address the climate crisis, protect wild places, reduce pollution. 3. Continue working to make Minnesota the best place to live, work, and raise a family: support policies such as union rights, workplace fairness, paid family/medical leave, affordable childcare, affordable housing.

Policies that support the health of the population and allow Minnesotans to work while still caring for their families support a vibrant economy. Also, a strong public education system with affordable higher education and training; welcoming everyone, no matter where they come from or what they look like; fairness in the marketplace by reining in corporate power and excessive profits. Cutting taxes for the wealthy does not support a vibrant economy: investing in our people does.
Our economy works best for everyone when everyone has the opportunity to succeed. Racial and ethnic discrimination and disparities are real, and they hold all of us back. I have and will continue to support policies that address disparities in healthcare and public health, environmental justice, education, and other areas.
For the sake of our children and grandchildren, the climate crisis must be addressed. I have supported and will continue to support clean-energy policies and efforts to reduce energy consumption that benefit the average Minnesotan.
