I was elected to Register of Deeds office 18 years ago, during this time I have eliminated redundancy and streamlined office procedures to establish fast turnaround times yet maintain security of our records and information that is required by WI State Statutes.
Priorities for Dane County Register of Deeds office is to serve all citizens with their needs to Land Records and Wisconsin Vital Records. Staff are here to help citizens record and issue copies of land records and vital certificates as needed. The security of the records are also a high priority for this office since both land records and vital records date back to 1800.
