Campaign Statement I am running for precinct precinct Committeeman in Precinct 520 because I love our community and I want to ensure that traditional Republican values are reflected on the Kootenai County Central Committee .

I have not previously been a Precinct Committeeman. Currently, I am Chairman of the Worley Highway District Board of Commissioners.
The PC represents their neighborhood on the Republican Central Committee. PC's encourage Republicans to register and vote. I want to do my part to bring this committee back to traditional Republican values, where central committees trust primary voters to elect their representative for the party in the general election. The KCRCC currently creates it's own 'sample ballot' for the Republican primary races, sends thousands out to voters, and tells them to vote for their selected candidates. I believe northern Idaho Republican voters are fully capable and informed when it comes to selecting which Republican candidate they want on the November ballot. They don't need a small committee of people to tell them who to vote for.
30 years, all in the same precinct.
To restore Republican values of independent thinking and voting, we need to elect new precinct committeemen who will trust voters to decide who best represents them. The central committee should not tell Republican voters, which Republican candidate to vote for. In recent elections, the Kootenai County Republican Central Committee (KCRCC) has provided funding and has recommended candidates in non- partisan elections. For example, Highway District Commissioners are non-partisan positions by state law. Plowing and improving roads are not Republican or Democrat matters, they are safety matters. Yet, the KCRCC endorses and provides financial contributions to candidates in highway district and other non-partisan races. This needs to end.
Yes, 16 years now.
Representing and informing my fellow Republican neighbors.
30 years, from same address.
I am the IDGOP Legislative District 5 Chairman, The Rating and Vetting Chairman and the elected Chairman of the Post Falls Highway District.
