Since I was first elected, Palm Bay has made significant progress addressing infrastructure challenges associated with rapid growth. We have prioritized long-term planning, secured funding for critical utility and transportation projects, and strengthened development review processes to ensure growth is more responsibly managed. Design and engineering are underway for major water and wastewater treatment plant expansions, along with key roadway improvement projects to increase capacity and improve traffic flow. We have also focused on directing growth-related revenues toward infrastructure investments so that Palm Bay can continue growing while improving the services and quality of life.
Since I was elected, the City has increased investments in stormwater infrastructure, canal maintenance, and roadway repairs. I support continuing proactive canal cleaning and vegetation management, accelerating repairs to failing drainage systems and road collapses, and pursuing state and federal funding for stormwater improvements. We must also prioritize projects that improve water flow, reduce localized flooding, and protect our waterways. Preventative maintenance is a key policy.
Born and raised in Brevard County and having spent much of my life in Palm Bay, I bring local knowledge, proven leadership, and a commitment to service. As a small business owner, Little League coach, and volunteer on municipal and nonprofit boards, I focus on practical solutions, fiscal responsibility, and putting Palm Bay residents first.
The City has prioritized roadway improvements and infrastructure investments. I will continue working with FDOT, Brevard County, and developers to expand lighting in high-traffic and high-pedestrian areas, improve intersection safety, and address dangerous roadway conditions. The septic-to-sewer conversion mandate presents a significant financial challenge for Palm Bay residents. I will continue working with our state delegation and Palm Bay's lobbyist to secure funding for this state-mandated program. I also support grants, low-interest financing, and phased infrastructure expansion to reduce homeowner costs while meeting compliance requirements and protecting our waterways.

Palm Bay's growth must be matched by responsible planning. I support a "growth pays for growth" approach, requiring developers to contribute their fair share toward expanding roads, water and sewer capacity, drainage, and other critical infrastructure before major projects move forward. We must prioritize upgrading our water treatment facilities, improving traffic flow at key intersections, and planning for future demand instead of reacting after problems arise. Smart growth means protecting taxpayers, maintaining quality of life, and ensuring infrastructure keeps pace with development—not allowing development to outpace our ability to serve residents.
I will prioritize proactive canal maintenance, drainage improvements, and timely repair of failing roads and culverts before they become emergencies. As a homeowner, I've experienced standing water caused by nearby developments built at higher elevations. We need better stormwater management, regular inspections, and long-term planning to protect neighborhoods through preventive maintenance—not just reacting after problems occur.
I bring years of leadership, project management, and community service. I've managed city projects, owned and operated businesses, coached and mentored youth, and worked with diverse residents to solve problems. I will bring integrity, transparency and the courage to make informed decisions that put Palm Bay residents first.
I will push for citywide traffic engineering studies through the Public Works Department to identify and address safety concerns, congestion, and needed roadway improvements because public safety is in my top 3 priorities, if elected.
I will advocate for aggressively pursuing state and federal funding to reduce costs for homeowners while prioritizing areas with the greatest environmental and public health risks. We must follow a transparent bidding process to select qualified, experienced contractors, implement a realistic phased plan, and ensure projects are completed on time so Palm Bay meets the 2030 deadline responsibly.
