I'm open minded, my willingness to listen and learn and my ideas to help.
The main challenges right now are the homeless crisis and housing situation. The homeless situation can be addressed by building a tiny home camp and helping get each one into transitional housing and help each person get into mental health and drug treatment. The housing crisis can be fixed by building more low income and affordable housing. We do not need to keep building these apartments that luxury. We need homes to house families that make minimum wage. We also need more stores in our town that will help bring more jobs.
By following in the same steps as the tiny home villages that are all over oregon. Offer them help and help get these people into transitional housing and mental health services and drug rehabilitation. The homeless are people too. They need help and they need someone to talk too.
