I am the only Republican candidate for Clerk of Courts that has a chance to win in the General Election.
My agenda is as follows: -Ankle Monitors for all violent offenders who post bail. -Lower Court custody filing fees for Fathers who want to participate in the lives of their children. -Establish an emergency overnight battered Men's shelter. -Encouraging more participation in community policing -Helping every citizen navigate their court cases, regardless of income. -Encouraging absolute transparency with the public in order to gain absolute trust in receiving fair justice within the criminal, civil, and family court system.
-I will work with the judges and the prosecutor to implement the ankle monitoring for bail system. -I will work with the juvenile detention center to open up their spare, unused pod to make overnight shelter available to any man to use to get out of a domestic situation and avoid jail. I will encourage seminars within the community to teach them what their rights are from the time of arrest, to sentencing/release. I will implement a QR code system to track every case/document within the courts to verify authenticity. This is very important as Deed Fraud is on the rise. And most importantly, I will teach personal responsibility and the need to avoid the court system altogether if possible.
