I have lived in Little Chute for about 35 years. I am married & have four children that we raised in Little Chute.
I have always been interested in local Government and what is happening in our community. I have no specific reason for running other than it being a way to participate in our community.
I previously served 2 tears as a Trustee.
The break up of Fox Valley Metro Police Department and how that is going to affect future budgets and staffing levels.
Fire department new building. Keeping it on time and within budget.
Future development. Making sure development decisions and tax dollars go to projects that are a good fit for our community and bring in quality jobs.
I have worked 27 years for the City of Appleton, and served 2 years as a Little Chute Trustee.
We need to work hard to maintain the services we currently have.

I have been on the Little Chute Village Board for eight years. I feel it is every one’s civic duty to serve within their community, Whether it is politics or volunteering. For the past 46 years, I have served on St. John’s and Little Chute’s School board, coached Football & Baseball, Kiwanis Club, Optimist Club and Ushered at St. John’s Church. I would like to continue serving.
My knowledge of Village government. I have been a member of the Little Chute Village Board for a period of eight years. I am familiar with government operations due to my 20 years of experience as Chief of Police for the Little Chute and Fox Valley Metro Police Department’s where I attended all Village Board meetings.
1. Rebuilding the Little Chute Police Department due to the discontinuation of the Fox Valley Metro Police Department by the Village of Kimbery.
2. Increasing taxes. This issue will never go away. Economically taxes will continue to rise. However, we must be conservative on what we increase and how much we increase.
3. The increased cost of replacement of the Village swimming pool due to age. I feel the cost would be too high, up to 8 million Dollars.

I feel curb side pickup of yard waste should be eliminated due to us having a drop off yard waste site. The yard waste site cost the taxpayer $5 annually to use the site. It's a duplication of service and a cost issue with a truck driving every street to look for bags of grass.
