The role of the central committee member is to encourage community
involvement and political involvement at a grassroots level by providing
information and an opportunity for participation in the political process.
A central committee person, is the first line of contact with residents of
precincts (including people who are not registered to vote and
independents) when they are concerned with local issues that may affect
their community.
My first priority is to encourage all citizens to register to vote and/or confirm they
are registered.
My next priority is to communicate with voters about the candidates and issues
on the ballot. And, details about voting dates and ID requirements.
-Encourage citizens that their voice is best heard through voting.
-Voting is a sacred right that not all countries allow.
