1. The Budget
2. The Mega Site and Sewer Line.
1. The action with the budget would be to sit down with all interested parties to make sure all tax dollars are spent wisely and in the best interest of the County. Also, I would work diligently to access all Federal and State dollars to benefit the citizens of Lorain County.
2. I will be transparent on any and all dealings with the proposed Mega Site and Sewer Lines to ensure that the public is included in discussions.
Making sure that we preserve our rural areas and work with the Federal and State agencies to clean up our Brownfield sites for future development.
I would try to engage all parties from K-12 schools, LCCC, LCJVS, Labor Unions, apprenticeship programs, and both private and public sector businesses, so that we have a prepared workforce for the end user to grow. We also need to make sure that all partners are communicating, ensuring we are ready for the changing times and ever-advancing technologies to help grow our business base.

Lorain County must strive to attract, and bring in good paying job, as well as assist our small businessnes with stability and growth. We need to continue to develop our infrasture as another way to attract new business. We must also address housing and transportation needs. Additionally, focus on our youth in our Community with opportunities to develop skills so that all may thrive. Keeping up with the trends in new job opportunities will be important with our colleges, and training faciilities.
Waste water, and sewers handling pollent discharge and waste elimination, Also Air pollution and our infrastructure.
We must consult and interact with our residents for their input and direction for our County.
The Commissioners must seek out new businessness to diversify. While manufacting of steel and auto has been some of our strong points we must now look to new tecnoclogy, and other venues of the coming age. We must interact with our current businesses to see there vision for expandsion and what we must do to assist them and reinforce that. As we move into new tecnologies and industries we must prepare our work force to evole. We cannot dissipate our farmers to make room for Mega sites and date basis. They provide vital food and products to our economy. This is how they earn a viable living while suppying us with nutrition.
