What are your top three priorities if elected to this office?

What strategies or programs does the constable's office employ for crime prevention and ensuring public safety?

Education, leadership and training is very important. I have a Master degree, Master peace officer license, combat veteran and pursuing a doctoral degree. Revising policy and procedures ensureing compliance with state law and county regulations, improve efficiency, training and safety. Rebuilding trust and faith through dedication and professionalism. Build better individual and community relations through a better trained department to serve the people and courts.
First is through a "Pofessional" well trained department for the citizens and courts. To ensure transparancy, morals, ethics and values in the Constables office. In order to address trust and community concerns the Constables office in conjunction with the community they serve as part of community policing, this emphasizes developing good connections, establishing trust, and to increase public engagement. Treating people equally, fairly and being respectful.
A Constable's office should have community involvement and community police partnership. Better deputy training to properly handle complaints and crimes. A positive presence in the communities they serve to address crime and concerns. Awareness and education programs that involve raising awareness to the public about the risks and preventions of current, new crimes and technology. Providing better training to deputies to improve the outcome and well being of people who need mental health care.
