The Lake County Municipal Judge presides over the municipal court which deals exclusively with non-criminal cases involving municipal ordinance violations in the form of traffic citations, municipal code violations, and contested parking tickets. Offenses brought before the Lake Country Municipal Court are violations that occur within municipal limits of the twenty Lake Country municipalities.
