Education
History and Political Science Degrees- Texas A&M, JD - Baylor Law School, Masters in Military Science - Air University
Experience
6 years on the bench, Board Certified in Crininal Law and Judicial Administration (1 of only 19 in state). Thousands of cases disposed. One of the highest disposition rates in the county.
My focus this term is to reduce the backlog of outstanding felony warrants in Collin County. Victims and defendants deserve their day in court. Often, cases remain on hold for years until the warrants are executed. With hundreds of cases out of the 366th alone, we can make sure our law enforcement agencies are prioritizing the right defendants to seek out and provide justice for those that deserve it, sooner rather than later.
