Population growth. Improve the city streets. Improve the water supply. Improve the housing: Single Family to Multi-Family balance.
No, they do not. There are plans in the works now to improve and add streets to better the traffic flow. But, I think we need more from the current land developers to accommodate and reslove the issues. Traffic lights are needed throughout the city. Engage with the neccessary departments to coordinate. i.e. TxDOT, CIty and County roads.
We need public water upgrades. We need more commercial space for small business/retail shops.
We need more big businesses to come in and offset the tax base. More hotels for conventions and meeting places
Collaborate with the team and add constructive input to assist in the budgeting.
Balance: Green areas, housing, commercial areas.
Attend all events offered. Develop relationships with county, state, and regional organizations as needed.
Unity, we need to work together as a team and support eachother.
