I understand the importance of fiscal responsibility, smart growth, and creating an environment where local families and small businesses can thrive. My Marine Corps service instilled in me the principles of honor, courage, and commitment—values I continue to carry into every aspect of my life.
Now, I am running for County Commissioner to ensure Marion County remains a safe, prosperous, and family-focused place to live. I am committed to transparent leadership, protecting taxpayer dollars, supporting law enforcement, and standing up for the residents I proudly calls neighbors.
The State of Florida has proven that we can experience economic growth with fiscal discipline, responsible government, strategic investments and planning in conjunction with declining spending. I will protect taxpayer dollars, focus on promoting local jobs, and eliminate fraud, waste, and abuse at the local level. I plan to focus on three things: (1) do the residents want it, (2) do the residents need it, and (3) will it make our lives better.
Transparency is the key. Government needs to tell the people the truth. We can reach more people by utilizing the power of social media, the internet, and emails.
I am a Christian, devoted husband and father, businessman, and proud Marine Corps veteran dedicated to serving the people of Marion County. I am guided by faith, family values, and a strong sense of duty, I have spent my life leading with integrity and working hard to support this community. I believe that government should work for the people again.
