We need to maintain the County's excellence in providing essential services (e.g. public safety and health) while practicing real fiscal responsibility. Otherwise, people will choose to live and work elsewhere and we'll be facing a downward spiral of poorer services and higher taxes. We must expand our tax base, continue to improve the efficiency of our operations, and explore all avenues to generate revenue, including working with the state for fairer revenue sharing to fund mandated services.
I serve on numerous committees and boards which advise public agencies or fund private ones to address these types of issues in the County. They include the Health and Human Services (HHS) Board, the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Board, the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) Advisory Board, the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) Steering Committee and Healthy Aging Action Team, and the Criminal Justice Collaborating Council (CJCC) Alternative Interventions Committee.
As a member of the CHIP Steering Committee, we developed a five year plan to identify and address the three highest priority aspects of public health in Waukesha County. The areas we identified are Mental Health, Substance Use, and Healthy Aging. Action teams were established to develop action plans for each of these areas. These plans are presently being implemented. I serve on the Healthy Aging Action Team and we are working to reduce falls and promote social connectedness for seniors.

I have dedicated my life to serving my community and country. As a U.S. Navy veteran who served in the Middle East, I led teams responsible for multi-million dollar systems, learning discipline, accountability, and efficient resource management. I later supported local and national campaigns and served on two TIF Boards, helping guide responsible economic development that creates jobs and strengthens our tax base. At 16, I founded Four Leaf Roofing and Windows, which now serves all of Wisconsin.
Public safety and mental health are Waukesha County’s most pressing issues. We must equip our sheriff’s department with staffing, training, and technology — including body and dash cameras — to ensure fast responses and build community trust. Mental health challenges are rising. Expanding access to services and prevention programs can prevent crises and ease the burden on our justice system. By addressing both responsibly, we can build a safer, healthier Waukesha County.
As Waukesha County Supervisor, I would work to ensure every resident has equal access to the resources they need to thrive. I’ll support smart, affordable housing options, stronger public safety with community trust, expanded mental health services, and job training programs that connect local workers with good-paying opportunities. By focusing on fairness, collaboration, and practical solutions, we can build a county where every family — regardless of zip code — has a real chance to succeed.
Mental health, opioid addiction, and rising chronic conditions like obesity and diabetes are public health issues facing Waukesha County. County government is well-positioned to lead by expanding access to affordable mental health services, supporting prevention programs, coordinating with local hospitals and schools, and investing in community outreach. Through collaboration and targeted funding, we can address these challenges effectively and help every resident live healthier lifestyles
