What local issues motivated you to run for office and how would you address them?

What would you do to ensure all residents have equal opportunities to access and enjoy the resources of the village (affordable housing, safety, health, and jobs)?

How might your village participate in the City of Milwaukee’s Climate and Equity Plan?

What public safety measures would you support to address crime in the village?

How would you strengthen the village’s working relationships with the county, state, and other tax districts on multi-jurisdictional issues?

I am running for re-election to make sure the plans the Village Board have put in place over the past three years get executed. That includes improvements our parks, Silver Spring Drive, and other capital improvements.

I also want to see major projects started under the current board, such as Sendik's, get to the finish line and find new opportunities for business development in the village.i
We need to continue to help fund the North Shore Health Department because public health is so important in our current society. I was happy to lead the charge to provide more funding from the Village for 2026 than requested from the NSHD.
I think the best way for smaller municipalities such as Whitefish Bay to learn from the the city of Milwaukee (what works and what doesn't) and go from there. We can also look at our own ways to help with these issues, but learning lessons from larger municipalities can help us moving forward.
I do not believe crime is a problem on Whitefish Bay. I support our police department and will continue to support plans to make sure the department is properly funded, staffed, and equipped.
Communication is key. We must continue to hold meetings with county officials and officials from municipalities within Milwaukee County. A united county, or North Shore municipality group will hopefully help us get state funding we so badly need and has been so badly lacking for years.
