The River Hills Municipal Judge The River Hills Municipal Judge presides over the municipal court which deals exclusively with non-criminal cases involving village ordinance violations in the form of traffic citations, municipal code violations, and contested parking tickets. Offenses brought before the River Hills Municipal Court are violations that occur within the village limits. Voters elect the municipal judge to a four-year term in non-partisan elections.
