I have spent the past six years serving Marion County as a Deputy Constable and currently serve as Chief Deputy Constable for Center Township. That experience has given me real, hands-on knowledge of courtroom operations, civil process, and supporting the work of our courts.

Constables play a critical role in keeping the judicial system running. They serve legal documents, act as bailiffs in small claims court, and help enforce court orders while maintaining peace and professionalism.

As the owner of one of the largest private process service agencies in Central Indiana, I understand the importance of efficiency, accountability, and respect for the law. I’m running to bring experienced, professional leadership to Warren Township.
One of the biggest challenges facing the Constable’s Office is ensuring that the growing workload of the small claims court is handled efficiently while maintaining professionalism and fairness for everyone involved. Evictions, civil process, and courtroom operations require clear communication and well-organized procedures.

My goal is to implement more efficient processes that make the system work better for the court, landlords and their representatives, tenants, and the move out companies that assist during court ordered evictions. By improving coordination, streamlining scheduling, and establishing clear procedures, we can reduce delays, minimize confusion, and ensure the office operates with professionalism and accountability.
One of my top priorities would be modernizing the office through better use of technology. In my private process service company, we utilize software that improves scheduling, service tracking, reporting, and record keeping. I would work to implement similar systems in the Constable’s Office to bring operations up to today’s standards, improve transparency, and make reporting to the court more efficient.

I would also prioritize strengthening communication and coordination between the court, deputies, landlords, tenants, and move-out companies. Clear procedures and better organization help ensure that court orders are carried out professionally and respectfully.
One challenge facing the Constable’s Office is managing the high volume of civil process while ensuring the court receives timely, accurate service. Maintaining efficiency and strong record keeping is essential to supporting the work of the court.

Another challenge is handling difficult situations, particularly evictions, with professionalism and compassion. For many families, a forced eviction is one of the hardest days they will experience, and it is important that court orders are carried out with dignity and respect.

I have experience managing these responsibilities. By improving procedures, implementing better technology, and maintaining strong communication with the court, I will ensure the office operates efficiently.
One of my priorities will be educating residents about the role of the Constable and how the office supports the court system. Many people are unfamiliar with the responsibilities of the office, and I want to ensure the community understands how we help maintain order in the courts, serve legal documents, and enforce court decisions.

I will also work to build stronger relationships with neighborhood groups, community organizations, and local leaders so the office remains accessible and responsive. By maintaining a professional team of deputies, implementing efficient procedures, and communicating openly with the public, I believe the Constable’s Office can build trust while serving the court and the community with integrity.
