The council is the chief fiscal body of the county. Council members set policy for county government—allocating department budgets and determining employee salaries, county purchases, and tax rates.The county council is comprised of seven members. County Council is comprised of seven members. The County is divided into four Council districts from which one Council member is elected from each district and three Council members are elected from the County at-large.

I am in my 10th term as Councilman and have been through good times and helped us work out of hard times. I was involved in establishing the Rainy Day Fund which has a healthy balance. Our Cash balance meets state standards and good things are happening in Warrick County
Continuing to meet our public safety services at the high quality we experience now during times of less revenue.
Continue improving our quality of life and public safety while continuing to have a balanced budget with low taxes.
I have lived in our community for all of my life, People who know me can tell you I am transparent, visible, honest and am avilable full time since I am a retired public school teacher.
