PROPOSAL TO RENEW A LEVY OF ONE MILL FOR OPERATION OF PARKS AND RECREATION SYSTEMShall the City of Lansing, Counties of Ingham, Clinton, and Eaton, Michigan renew a levy of one mill ($1.00 per $1,000) for five years commencing July 1, 2026 on all taxable real and personal property in the City of Lansing for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and providing capital improvements to the City’s Parks and Recreation System?
