Emmons County Recorder/Clerk of District Court

North Dakota is divided into eight court districts, with each district composed of multiple counties. The primary responsibility of the Clerk of Court in each district is administrating court records, but other responsibilities include summoning jurors, maintaining exhibits, and attending court when it is in session.
