My priorities are residents' quality of life and infrastructure — growth has outpaced both. I lead with Forward Party values and data-driven solutions. Quality of life means addressing healthcare access, public safety, and homelessness. Infrastructure means cutting travel times within District 2 and to I-95, Columbia, and Charlotte. I will bring energetic and engaged leadership to your representation on Horry County Council.
Balancing these is the tension of leading today. It means making difficult, data-driven decisions, even when the option that better protects people and our environment takes longer or costs more. Infrastructure is life-saving in Horry County, especially during hurricanes, so it can't be weighed against environmental protection — the two have to be intertwined in every decision for District 2.

The beach, wetlands, and waterways that make this coast special are why we live here. Protecting them isn't in tension with building what we need — it's a condition of building it right. The cost of growth should never fall on residents who don't profit from it.
