As a lifelong resident of the U.S. Congressional District 3, I know firsthand the needs of our diverse communities. As a son of immigrants, my personal experiences of being underrepresented and economically disadvantaged have instilled in me the passion to fight for justice in my public service career.
As Vice Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee, I have a strong record of protecting women's health, building a more inclusiveness economy, and investing in our education system.
In Maryland, voters can be confident that our state's elections are administered with the utmost integrity and security due to the appropriations that have been made in cybersecurity and infrastructure. As I have voted for in the state legislature, I will continue to champion for investments in secure voting systems and more accessbility for voters. I strongly believe that voting is a sacred right in our nation. I will continue to fight against voter intimidation and suppression.
Throughout my public service career, I reflect on my strong voting record of protecting our environment by investing in renewable energy in pursuit of a carbon-free future. I have and will continue to work on legislative initiatives to make it easier for consumers of energy and transportation to make better choices for clean air and clean water.
I have worked with legislative partners across the state on making historic investments with regards to flood mitigation and coastal resiliency.
As a son of immigrants, I understand the challenges experienced by our immigrant population. I support comprehensive immigration reform that focuses on streamlining the process of legal permanent residency, creating a fair pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants already in this country, and protections for DREAMers. I support raising caps on visas that can help attract the brightest and the best the world has to our nation.
In Congress, I will support universal background checks for gun purchases and restoration of the ban on military style assault weapons and high capacity magazines. I believe that it should be harder, not easier, for felons, domestic abusers, and terrorists to buy dangerous weapons.

While I am not traditionally experienced in government relations, I am confident that my experience as a Structural Engineer will bring the necessary problem solving and critical thinking that will be crucial to Congress. I am also confident in my ideals, and will ensure that they will always be put at the forefront of any action that I take.
We must first pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, and then move forward with Automatic Voter Registration Act that was introduced by Rep. Cicilline.
I am in full support of the Green New Deal resolution. I am also a supporter of expanding Maryland's use of nuclear energy. We are uniquely positioned in Maryland with the fact that 40% of our electricity is generated by nuclear, and we can expand upon that helping usher us closer to a net zero future.
My main focus on immigration reform would be cracking down on companies and corporations that exploit immigrant workers for their benefit.
I am in full support of expanded background checks, expanding red flag laws, legislation that requires liability insurance, and gun buy back programs.

I am a first-generation Cuban American, husband, father, Gulf War combat veteran, and business leader who can bring people together from all walks of life to deliver real, lasting results that matter most. I have proven time and time again, through my military experience, professional career, and community service, that I am prepared to advocate for all, including the most vulnerable. My entire life has been about service and it would be the honor of a lifetime to serve my community in Congress.
In our current democratic system, marginalized communities often find themselves underrepresented and overlooked. As a progressive Democrat, I am committed to fostering an inclusive democracy where every voice is valued and heard. This includes dismantling barriers to voting such as strict ID requirements, voter roll purges, and limited polling places, supporting redistricting reforms to end gerrymandering, and enhancing civic education programs. Democracy flourishes when we all participate.
Addressing climate change is going to be one of this generation's biggest tasks. Once elected, I would support bold climate action bills such as the GREEN Act while working with environmental justice organizations to ensure that vulnerable populations are not left behind.
In order to combat our climate crisis, we must transition to clean, renewable energy on a bold timeline, create good-paying green jobs that are accessible to all, and weatherize low-income housing to reduce emissions.
America’s immigration system is fundamentally broken and years of inaction have allowed millions to remain undocumented-- living in fear and uncertainty. When elected to Congress, I will fight for comprehensive, just immigration reform. This entails finding a pathway to citizenship for 11 million undocumented immigrants, establishing permanent protections for “Dreamers” who know no other home than America, and streamlining our bureaucratic immigration system to promote naturalization.
We are currently living in a time where the leading cause of death for children in the United States is due to firearms. This is unacceptable and we have to do better-- our children's lives literally depend on it. When elected to Congress, I promise to be a champion for common-sense gun reform. I will advocate for universal background checks for all gun sales to close loopholes, establish a firearms registry for gun owner licensing, and ban assault weapons alongside high-capacity magazines.

I do not have prior political experience. However, in my current job, I am a Director for our Managed Services group. I make business decisions, prepare annual budgets, scope pricing proposals, and manage personnel--hiring, mentoring, keeping people accountable, and having hard discussions when needed. I work with several different customers, customer types, and C-level executives across our industry.
My first recommendation would be to get all of the states on the same method for recording votes. Second, we must support and believe in the tallies. Our democracy is at risk because of unreasonably casted doubt. There is a winner and a loser, always, but we must respect the people's decision. Last, get rid of the complicated and outdated electoral college system, let every voter have their voice heard, and let the majority of votes decide the winner--not state by state as we have it now.
I really think we can improve our rail system. Cutting down on everyday commuters and personal vehicles would be an obvious first step. Trains used for hauling materials must be better manned. We have seen an increase in rail accidents in recent history that led to hazardous waste spills. One train had three people on for 141 cars; another train had four people for forty cars. Perhaps these accidents could have been prevented with increased personnel, and eyes, on board.
We need to establish a clear, safe, adequate path to expedite naturalization of citizens who see asylum in the US. I think by increasing the amount of people who work to process immigrants across the borders would be sufficient. Our country has relied on immigrants for hundreds of years to fill gaps in various industries. Right now, we are experiencing a national housing shortage, and I believe that this could be overcome by improving immigration policy.
I am incredibly passionate about gun reform. Assault rifles have no place being in citizens hands and their use cannot be validated--not to me, in any case.
We need a federal background check.
We need enforcement of red flag laws.
We need better tracing and a standardization of tracking handgun ammunition and use--similar to a VIN number or an IP address. I think there should be stricter rules surrounding the purchase of ammunition.
People should be 21 to purchase and use a gun.

I am a lifelong public servant. I spent more than 15 years in the Capitol Police protecting and learning the institution I now hope to serve in. I will go to Congress to be the voice of the people that sent me there. On January 6th, 2021, I experienced the threat to democracy firsthand. I’m uniquely placed to fight against them, protect our rights, and preserve our democracy.
Voting is the most important right we hold as Americans. Many had to fight for generations to be able to vote and we cannot take that for granted. We must pass the Freedom to Vote Act. It will protect and increase access to the polls, ensure campaign finances are transparent, fix partisan gerrymandering, and make sure officials are held to ethical standards. I must acknowledge our retiring member, Rep. Sarbanes, for his tireless advocacy of these issues and I hope to carry his torch.
Climate change and pollution are existential threats to our country and our world. In Congress I will do everything in my power to ensure that the earth is liveable for future generations. Investing in the green energy revolution will not only save our planet, but it is an opportunity to bring good union jobs back to the US. Pollution is still a huge issue, as is environmental racism. Fighting these problems and protecting the Chesapeake Bay are of great importance to me.
Our immigration system is broken. But we cannot lose sight of the fact that we are a nation of immigrants. People come to America because it’s the land of opportunity. We must reform the visa process and increase the number of visas we allocate so that immigrants can enter the country safely and enter the workforce. We must also thoughtfully fund ICE to reduce undocumented crossings, but I must stress the importance of treating asylum seekers with empathy. We need to offer a path to citizenship.
We must do everything we can to resolve the epidemic of gun violence. People deserve the right to live their lives without fear. With common sense gun reform, we can protect Second Amendment rights and protect lives. I am in favor of universal background checks, holding gun producers accountable, banning assault weapons, requiring licenses, and funding research into gun violence. I’m sick of thoughts and prayers, we need solutions that will protect our communities and strengthen our country.

I serve in the Maryland Senate, where I passed 84 bills in my first five years, and I chair a budget subcommittee that oversees tens of billions of dollars of investments in transportation, public safety, and the environment. I earned endorsements from the National Education Association, International Association of Fire Fighters, League of Conservation Voters, Sierra Club, and more than two dozen current and former elected officials who know I am the best prepared to represent our community in Congress.
The Third Congressional District has been represented by Congressman John Sarbanes, who led the fight to protect voting rights and to reduce the role on money in politics. In the Maryland Senate, I passed a law to make it easier for active duty service members and college students to vote and led the oversight that ensured the integrity of the 2020 elections. I earned endorsements from the League of Conservation Voters and the Sierra Club, and the website Maryland Matters described me as "one of the leading environmentalists in the legislature.” I passed laws to increase the oyster population, invest in clean energy jobs, protect our communities from flooding and rising sea levels, and encourage private sector investment in restoring the Bay. On Capitol Hill, I will fight for climate justice, to speed our transition to clean energy, to help communities become more resilient, and to protect the Bay.
Our immigration system is fundamentally broken, and too many politicians on Capitol Hill would rather demagogue the problem than try to solve it. Immigrants play an incredibly important role in our community and our economy. In the Maryland Senate, I voted for bills to help immigrants come out of the shadows and feel more included in our community. I support a pathway to citizenship and measures to expedite the asylum process and reduce the backlog of cases in immigration court.
I beat an NRA-backed Republican to become the youngest woman in history elected to the Maryland Senate, where I helped pass laws prohibiting individuals from carrying firearms in public places like schools, restaurants, and churches. I voted to ban ghost guns, increase penalties for illegal possession of firearms, and ensure gun owners properly store firearms unloaded and away from children. On Capitol Hill, I will fight to ban weapons, expand background checks, and crack down on illegal firearms in our communities.
I am the director of a medical intensive care unit in Baltimore who has adapted to shortcomings in our healthcare system long enough. I'm turning my anger into action. I use consultants in my work as I would in congress to enact a vision of universal health care, preserved reproductive rights and gun control. Great Question! The security of our voting and elections will be targeted by sore losers on both sides of the aisle and beyond our borders. The same system we started to improve identifications with drivers licenses (Real ID) will be needed for future voting registration. This can be presented or logged electronically at local sites to eliminate concern for redundancy. Local bipartisan observers but bipartisan federal employees will be in charge.
First we need to separate environmental science from political rhetoric. I am in favor including industrial grants for business and renewed tax credits for citizens. Global contributions to greenhouse gases in developing nations will be addressed and alternative energy solutions bolstered by federal funding.
Our country is better with cultural diversity. There should be an easier process for citizenship without financial hurdles or quotas. Immigrants should be given an opportunity to work legally and pay taxes if they are showing good faith in attaining citizenship. I favor including the dreamers in this plan while outlining a path to preserve families and respects their dignity.
Guns purchased legally should include licensing with competency testing. There should be national ‘red flag’ laws and we need to renew the ban on assault weapons that republican lawmakers helped pass once before.
New strategies I'd consider include ammunition regulation on their lethality. Improve safety education for families when children and depression increase the risks for catastrophe. Confiscated hand guns should never get back into circulation. There are too many guns already.

As a physician and legislator, I listen to complaints, identify causes, and collaborate on solutions. I’ve been a district resident for over 50 years, practiced here more than 30, and represented its residents in Annapolis for nearly 10. Congress is broken. That puts our communities and families at risk. I understand the urgency of the moment and am committed to upholding our values and ensuring that congressional actions do not erode our rights or the prospects for our well-being and success.
Nothing is more critical to the survival of a representative democracy than voting rights and election security. At a minimum, the 119th Congress must enact the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Act to restore and strengthen the 1965 Voting Rights Act and codify congressional intent and enact the Freedom to Vote Act setting nationwide standards and systems for redistricting, voter registration, voting access, and election integrity and security, and implementing campaign finance reform.
With 500 miles of coastal shoreline, areas experiencing devastating storms with regularity and climate-dependent industries being as essential to our economy, the impact of climate change on our families and communities is present and increasing. Congress must fully fund the EPA and partner agencies implementing solutions for mitigation and resiliency, fortify infrastructure, accelerate transition to renewable fuels, incentive and technology, and hold violators accountable.
I support comprehensive immigration reform with a pathway to legal status for qualified immigrants. codifying DACA, creating a pathway to citizenship for DREAMers and expanding employment- based immigration to serve our labor needs and increase diverse employment pathways. The border issues must be addressed by adequately funding the immigration courts and legal assistance, and by making policy changes to help address the multiple forces fostering the surge in migration seen worldwide.
I sponsored legislation in Maryland to require gun owners to get liability insurance to wear or carry firearms, supported red flag laws, closing loopholes on background checks, and banning bump stock and ghost guns. I will continue to push for common sense gun legislation on a federal level despite increasing resistance and reframing of the constitution from SCOTUS and look for creative ways to better balance 2nd amendment rights with the right to live safely. and free of fear.

Over the last nine years, I've served in the Maryland General Assembly—first as a State Delegate and now as a State Senator. Throughout that time, I've sponsored and supported a multitude of bills on abortion, public health, the environment, and education, among others. My experience in public office has shown me the importance of working collaboratively with my colleagues to pass common sense solutions that benefit the most people. Eight years as a nurse demands active listening skills & unfailing loyalty to cooperation and patient safety. Patient & family buy-ins to care plans=colleague & constituent buy-in to legislation. Two more analogies between RNs & Reps: The privilege of assisting diverse populations. Both roles are service roles; nurses always remember that. A difference? A 2023 Gallup poll states 78% of Americans rate RNs as having "very high/high" ethical & honesty standards as compared w/ 8% of Congress.
Voting rights must be understood w/in the context of election security. One person, one vote only holds power if it's true. Discrimination (Jim Crowe keeps on ticking) & fraud destroys authenticity; w/out that, we're lying to our children. 1) Create voter ed. material on the processing of all ballot types (mail v. drop off v. early voting v. day of); 2) Increase voter access by auto-registering those utilizing federal social support programs; 3) Designate 1st Tues. in Nov. as Fed. holiday.
I will work w/ Repub environmentalists on the Eastern Shore, who are also crabbers, to promote flourishing blue crab populations. Create a Plastic Packaging Tax to levy on manufacturers to pay for clean-up efforts (by 2050, more plastic than fish in the oceans) & cancer research (microplastics are embedded in most of our organs & found in human placentas, per NIH-funded paper). Execute air quality studies in urban centers to PREVENT childhood asthma via pollution. Ban single-use flossing picks.
Destabilizing democratically-elected leaders of other countries is a great technique to create immigration crises such as the present; Congress needs to critically examine how our geopolitical diplomacy returns to haunt us at our borders. 1) Expedite asylum processing of women & children; 2) Drill down on "credible fear" of persecution standards; 3) Grant DACA Dreamers citizenship; & 4) The medium is the msg.: A Nurse in Congress does different. Nurses don't vacation when the going gets tough.
Per capita, gun ownership has not increased in the last 20 yrs., but societal violence is through the roof. We cannot ignore or continue to be perplexed by the current children's mental health crisis that we have created, some of it stemming from the crap & chemicals the FDA allows in our food. 1) Fund educational tools for parents to ID pediatric mental health distress & effective prgrmming to support parents; 2) Ban assault weapons. If you're using an AR-15 to shoot a deer, do better.

I have extensive experience crafting legislation to amplify the voices of people I represent. My job for over a decade was listening to union members and taking their priorities to the U.S. Congress to codify their needs into law so that they wouldn't have to negotiate what we can legislate. I know what it means to listen to all voices and to stand up for what's right based on the people I represent.
Now is not the time for complacency. There is no middle ground when it comes to defending our values and standing up for everyone to be able to exercise their fundamental right to vote. I fully support the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act, the For the People Act, and to undo the damage to the Voting RightsAct. As a lawyer who worked on voter protection for the Obama campaign, I have long been dedicated to fighting to advance the right to vote and ensure that we have fair electoral maps.
I support a Green New Deal that transitions to clean renewable energy while ensuring strong protections for workers, modernizing our infrastructure, and holding fossil fuel companies accountable. We need to protect the Chesapeake Bay, significantly invest in renewable energy, and protect public lands. We need government to lead the way in spurring on economic development of affordable green vehicles with good Union jobs.
When Trump was elected in 2016 I wanted to do something about it and started a pro bono practice representing undocumented special immigrant juvenile children and asylees. I've been in immigration court and I've seen firsthand the courage and determination of immigrants who make this country better. There are children in this country who will be able to make America their home because of my work and I firmly believe in passing comprehensive, humane, and consistent reform and support DREAMERS.
My dad survived a mass shooting at his work and I know what it's like when you don't know if your family member is safe. And I think of my son who is in school and how we as a country have done nothing to keep people safe in the workplace, at school, and in society. It is completely unacceptable that gun violence is the top cause of death of children. We must ban assault weapons, enact significant waiting periods and background checks, and support "red flag" laws.

I served in the Army for 6 years, small business owner since 2004, provide contract support for an EPA budgeting system which manages a $12 billion budget, served on my community HOA board for 12 years and have a bachelor's and master's degree in computer science. I believe my troubleshooting capability and systematic approach combined with my ability to bring people together to solve difficult problems makes me the right person to represent you in Congress.
Ensuring that we have diverse voting mechanisms and processes across the states hardens the security of our elections. I will continue to support this in the future as long as each voting mechanism is fully auditable and impervious to voter fraud. We should make it easier for every citizen to cast their vote, removing barriers such as logistics challenges and time restrictions.
As EV (Electric Vehicle) ownership increases our electricity demands increase. In additional to renewable energy sources, I would champion the building of Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) which are smaller, safer and more affordable nuclear reactors. Nuclear energy is clean and does not produce direct carbon dioxide emissions. A serious concern is our drinking water. A USGS study determined nearly half of our nation's tap water contain dangerous "forever chemicals". That is a priority to fix.
We must first bring members of Congress together to vote on an immigration bill in 2025, giving the president the power to limit the numbers of indivuals illegally crossing the border. We must also depoliticize the immigration court system by standing up an Article 1 court. Political appointees should not be the ones providing oversite of the immigration courts. We need to invest heavily in providing economic opportunity and personal safety in central american countries.
The focus of gun safety should be preventing gun access for those with a criminal record and those with mental illness. Maryland wear and carry for example prohibits a person from carrying in a park. This makes no sense. Police advise citizens to not walk alone on park walking trails, so why would legislation prevent law abiding citizens from protecting themselves in a dangerous environment? Our focus must be on going after violent criminals and gangs with guns.

As a civil rights and employment attorney, I negotiate for workers' rights and find common ground with people who are paid to oppose me. As a litigator, I work to change federal law through the court system. Federal court cases take years, and I am skilled at winning the battle of inches to make incremental change. This ability to find common ground and make incremental change will make me an effective Representative. As a combat veteran, I also bring defense & foreign policy insight.
Congress must restore the individual mandate stripped away by the 8th Circuit. The Voting Rights Act must be revised to emphasize our commitment to everyone voting over the age of 18. We need to make voting easier and more accessible, removing barriers to voting such as ID laws, laws that kick people off the voter rolls, and gerrymandering. In addition, once someone has been released from prison, they should be able to vote.
We should move rapidly to clean renewable energy, including investing in U.S. manufacturing of components necessary to expand the renewable grid. Make buildings more energy-efficient. Provide federal funds to plug wells that leak methane. Incentivize states to reduce on-road emissions using existing infrastructure laws. Establish/enforce standards for clean water and non-polluted food. Launch education programs to encourage people to eat less beef.
Implement a guest worker program that allows workers to come into our country legally and then go home when they're done. While here, they would pay taxes, including social security, which would help strengthen this vital safety net. This process would also prevent workers from being taken advantage of. Additionally, we do not have the infrastructure needed to support the current inflow of migrants and should reassert policies that encourage their remaining in Mexico pending a hearing and visa.
To drive you must pass a test, apply for a license, and pay for car insurance. The Second Amendment states, "... a well-regulated militia." It is within the federal government's rights to require people to pass a test and background check, apply for a license, and obtain insurance to own a gun. This license would need to be renewed regularly, like a driver's license. This regulation would ensure safe gun ownership and help keep guns out of the hands of the mentally ill and those intent on harm.

My 30-plus years of service in the United States Army, coupled with my service as a Delegate in the Maryland State Legislature has prepared me to hit the ground running from Day One as the Congressional Representative for Maryland's Third District, the community I am proud to call home.
I would be a proud co-sponsor of H.R. 1, a bill introduced by the man I soon hope to call my predecessor Rep. John Sarbanes. This pivotal legislation is a major step in the right direction towards ensuring a freer and fairer democracy, but there is always more to do.
I would fully support the United States's participation in the Paris Climate Accords and be a reliable vote for any and all legislation that moves us in the right direction towards reversing the climate catastrophe.
I will advocate for a humane and fair overhaul to our immigration crisis. We must focus on a set of policies that allow for families fleeing persecution and dire conditions to settle here and build the lives they deserve.
As a veteran, I believe that weapons of war have absolutely no place on our streets. I firmly support a national assault weapons ban.

My richest experience for success is coming within a within a few points of defeating an incumbent congressman in District 6 in 1976 due to my overwhelming victory in Howard County which was then in that district.
My first job as a lawyer was enforcing the Voting Rights Act as a lawyer with the US DOJ in Mississippi. The first legislative step that must be taken is re-passing the '65 Voting Rights Act in it's entirety and making Roe V. Wade the law of the land.
My 1976 was based upon completely replacing fossil fuels with the clean alternatives-solar, wind, and geothermal.(Remember that Carter put solar panels on the White House and Reagan removed them.) I remain committed to that total transition.
Revisit FDR's "Good Neighbor Policy" and give the "Dreamers" immediate citizenship. Do our best to alleviate the terrible conditions that exist in Latin America that are causing so many of our neighbors to leave their homes to come North.
I was the founder of a gun control organization in 2014 which I named the ARA or American Rifle Association. Its mandate was to reflect the actual public opinion about reasonable gun law policy, and to put the hideous and corrupt NRA out of business. It is still a work in progress.

I understand the workings of a legislature and the importance of constituent services services. My columns and articles have appeared locally in the Mid Atlantic Media Magazines. I have business experience and extensive health care expertise. I do pet rescue, feed the homeless and have inspired others to do the same.
I believe election day should be a national holiday, and people should vote in person when possible. Absentee ballots were issued for special need. We must provide federal security at each polling place to prevent intimidation. We all have state issued ID's or licenses. It is not prejudicial to require proof of residency in the district. We must open the entire process to 3rd parties and independents. Public funding, excluding corporate donations and ending the electoral college is paramount
Gas guzzlers and SUV's need to be discouraged. Corporations must be accountable and end all toxic pollution. While we all suffered from the quarantine, encouraging remote work for many employees is the key. This will reduce traffic, related deaths, reduce cost for commuting, enhance a life work balance, and of course, reduce carbon emissions. Not only are less individuals are not on the road, but people still commuting are moving faster and more efficiently.
The face of America is the face of the immigrant. We need most of these people as much as they need us. There is current agitation regarding our southern border. Dr. Jonas Salk, Irving Berlin, Barack Obama, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, are a short list of immigrants, or children of immigrants. We need to hire, train and motivate professional personnel to guard our border with humanity and integrity. Regarding the jobs debate, corporations need to hire people, not claim they create jobs.
We need sensible gun laws. We must not stop there. We should examine other factors creating violent behavior. TV; video games; music videos and movies glorify and glamorize violence while desensitizing generations to blood and death. I don't advocate censorship, just responsible programming. Furthermore responsible citizens should be able to have firearms to defend themselves, as the need presents itself. We need to completely revamp our police forces to be respected and respectable.

I would propose multiple solutions first to the constituates of MD district 3, then to Maryland's delegation house colleagues and the US public at large.
- Keep the percentages high or raise the threshold from 2/3rds to 3/4ths of state legislatures needed to call for changes to the USA Constitution, and call for constitutional conventions.\
- Create “drone - no fly” zones, for early voting through polls closing on 05-14-24, over the areas set aside for campaign signs, individual campaign supporting, and protesting
- For climate change - research best practices, expedite multiple solutions to county commissioners, moderate national zoom conferences on results of each problem
- Pollutions - alternative sources of energy for carbon sequestration, transportation, heating and cooling of buildings, desalination, commercial vertical hydroponics, investigation for sustainable marine agricultural practices.
- Propose transfer of immigrants to immigration courts, using US Coast Guard vessels on the MIssissipi River starting/ending at New Orleans LA, and using the Intercoastal Waterway terminating at Bar Harbor, Maine
- The right to own a gun is constitutionally protected. Nowhere in the Constitution is the word “bullets.” All powers not mentioned in our Constitution are reserved for the states. It is up to each state, commonwealth, protectorate and territory to allow citizens to decide how strongly they are willing to enforce policies and close all loopholes.

We are a nation of immigrants. I support immigration reform that will secure our border, and provide a path to citizenship for those who are already here, requiring civics education and improving the legal immigration system.
I support the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), which uses existing authority to stop the deportation of people who came to the United States as children. I support the DREAMers who are individuals who were brought to our country without any say.
In Congress,I will fight to expanded background checks, to stop the mass shootings in our schools, synagogues, churches, mosques, stores and cities. I believe in the 2nd Amendment, and strongly want to ensure that people who should not have a gun, do not get there hands on one.
