Being a very small town geographically and of a correspondingly smaller tax base brings unique challenges to the Borough. There is a constant pressure to find economies as expenses are very directly connected to tax payers. Preserving Netcong’s unique communities autonomy while maintaining a responsible tax burden to residents can only be addressed by expanding the tax base. As chairman of the Netcong Borough Economic Development Committee I have been able with the cooperation of the Borough council to inspire significant development in Netcong dramatically increasing tax revenues allowing for the preservation and improvement of services and ultimately autonomy.
I graduated From Tulane University with degrees in economics and sociology. I have been a successful business owner for over thirty years. My contributions as a volunteer in many facets of the Netcong community and government are well known. It is this record of successful volunteerism and public service that has prepared me to continue my commitment to represent the residents of Netcong Borough
Continued expansion of Netcong’s tax base and the responsible planning for and spending of that tax base are my highest priority
Federal policy is not at issue in Netcong Borough. The law of the land must be respected. Netcong must retain its focus on the preservation of the integrity and stability of its community as a priority
NETCONG Borough through initiatives that myself and the Borough Council have advanced connect residents to the lake and parks in a way that makes Netcong the envy of many communities. Continuing to maintain, improve, and expand our infrastructure, environmental stewardship, and transportation access is a mission that I will endeavor to build on our many successes
