Biographical Information

Why are you running and what changes would you like to see in our city?

Transportation is the leading contributor to carbon pollution. Should municipalities replace (if they have not already) municipal-owned vehicles with electric vehicles? Do you support requiring electric vehicle infrastructure for buildings and expanding charging stations?

How does the town balance a rural lifestyle with potential development of the few large undeveloped tracts remaining within town limits?

What do you consider to be the single most critical issue in our city and how would you deal with it?

I am running for re-election. I have worked hard to help make our town a safer place to live by starting a Safety and Traffic Advisory Board. I would like to see this important issue carried on.
I know what carbon pollution does to the environment, but there is still a lot that we don't know about the lithium-ion batteries in the electric car and how to dispose of them without hurting the environment even more.
The council has adopted ordinances that only allow a development to build on the same size lots as the surrounding neighborhood.
Safety of our residents is a must. As I mentioned before I started the Safety and Traffic Advisory Board and they are doing a great job dealing with this issue.
Education Miami Dade Community College
