I’m running to restore respect and stability to the dias, rebuild utility infrastructure through out the city and maintain fire and police services as my top priority.
No, I would not support it as the size of our city is minimal, the results would then be paralleled. The fruits of our labor would never be a witnessed.
Our city is totally built out, we have no land left to build on. Our small city is driven by market value and the premium qualities we have as a city. From schooling to policing and firefighting, our city is amazing at providing a home for families and security for those that desire it. There is largely nothing that can be done to reduce the housing affordability.
The most critical issue is water infrastructure, as our water plant is deteriorating at its foundation, pumps and generators have met and exceeded their life expectancy, there are miles of underground piping that are in need of replacement. I will address this issue utilizing funds to address and fix and replace the water Infrastructure problems.

My experience in public service and governance led me to realize that I can do more to help the City and I would like to work with the residents to lead Cooper City forward.
I would like eliminate the vacancies in our Shopping Centers by leveraging technological advances against growing demands, such as adopting an online permitting process, and create policies that promote entrepreneurship and support small businesses.
Yes, I would support an initiative to switch to electric vehicles for the city in a fiscally-responsible manner. Although I would not support requiring electric vehicle infrastructure for buildings, I would support expanding charging stations. The popularity of electric vehicles has grown substantially in recent years and the City must adapt to these changes.
Our City can advocate for policies that make home insurance more affordable for all homeowners in Cooper City.
Our single most critical issue in our city is the divisiveness of our community. During these difficult times, it is important that we come together and have a united voice in overcoming challenges we will face as a city. I will have an open-door policy and will welcome opinions from all walks of life. I will promote inclusion and encourage open and honest communication so we can make sure that every voice in Cooper City is heard.
