Manchester Township Treasurer
The Township Treasurer is elected to a four-year term coincident with the presidential election cycle. Duties as set by state statute include collecting real and personal taxes, receiving utility and other payments for the township, accounting for township revenues and expenditures, and investing and safeguarding township funds. The Treasurer is a voting member of the Board of Trustees.
