Homeowners Insurance and Water Quality. For water Quality, I would put a stop to F.W.C. from spaying herbicides into our waterways and stop the power companies for spraying herbicides onto our grand to kill weeds.
Florida is ahead of the curve when it comes to having proper documentations to vote. since 2021 this has been a rule, and I see no reason to chang it in the State of Florida.
Get more grants for Florida and the Federal government, to increase programs like Habitat for Huminite.

I would let the counties have more control over what they need to do their jobs. All counties are different and the state need to worry about our budget. I would have to do a lot more research.
This is a complex issue; We truly need to do something better. I would have to research this problem a lot more before I could give an answer.
We need to think outside the box when it comes to homeowners' insurance. What the House and Senate are doing right now is not working. I believe Citizen Insurance should be our first choice and not our last choice. Or we should find a way for lending institutions to self-insure.
