If documentary proof of US citizenship becomes necessary in order to register to vote, how would you help those Floridians, especially women, who no longer have or don’t have easy and affordable access to documents to prove citizenship, such as certified birth and marriage certificates?

Insufficient affordable housing is hurting Florida families and limiting Florida’s economy. What state measures do you support to address the affordable housing crisis, beyond tax and insurance reform, for both homeowners and renters? Equitable and affordable access to healthcare is declining, in part due to the decrease of federal insurance subsidies. At the same time, more Medicaid costs are being pushed onto the states. How should the state address these issues?

Polls indicate the public is more concerned about the cost of property insurance than property taxes. What is your view and why?

The two greatest challenges facing Florida are affordability and housing. Families are paying more for groceries, insurance, rent, and everyday necessities while too many workers cannot afford to live in the communities they serve. In my first six months, I will introduce my Big Beautiful Economic Plan to lower the cost of living by cutting unnecessary fees, reducing red tape, speeding up permits, expanding workforce housing, lowering the cost of doing business, and making it easier for small businesses to grow and hire. I will also fight to attract high paying industries, expand apprenticeships and skilled trades, and protect family businesses so more Floridians earn more, keep more, own more, and pass more on to the next generation. Prosperity begins with good jobs, affordable homes, and an economy that works for working families.
Election integrity and public confidence are essential to preserving our constitutional republic. If documentary proof of citizenship is required to register to vote, Florida has a responsibility to make the verification process accurate, secure, affordable, and accessible for every eligible citizen. I support streamlining access to certified records through modernized state systems, reasonable fees, and efficient processing so no eligible voter is denied the opportunity to participate because of unnecessary bureaucracy. Just as importantly, we must protect taxpayers by preventing noncitizens from voting. My broader focus is addressing the affordability crisis through my Big Beautiful Economic Plan, because secure elections, economic opportunity, and a strong middle class are all essential to Florida's future.
Florida's housing crisis is fundamentally a supply problem. We need to build more homes at more price points while removing the unnecessary barriers that drive up costs. I support fast tracking permits, modernizing zoning where appropriate, reducing regulatory delays, expanding workforce housing, and encouraging public private partnerships to increase the housing supply. I also support expanding apprenticeship programs and skilled trades to address labor shortages in construction. We must protect property rights while ensuring teachers, first responders, nurses, veterans, and working families can afford to live in the communities they serve. My Big Beautiful Economic Plan focuses on lowering the cost of building, increasing supply, creating higher paying jobs, and making homeownership and stable housing achievable for more Floridians.
I am unapologetically pro-life and believe every human life has inherent dignity and value. My priority as a legislator is to build a Florida where families are supported long before they ever face a crisis. That means lowering the cost of living, expanding economic opportunity, making housing more affordable, strengthening adoption and foster care, supporting mothers, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. My Big Beautiful Economic Plan is built around creating higher paying jobs, reducing financial burdens, and helping families achieve long term stability, because strong families and a strong economy go hand in hand.
Florida works best when the federal, state, county, and municipal governments operate as partners, each respecting the constitutional role of the other. The state should establish clear statewide standards on issues that affect all Floridians, while local governments should retain the flexibility to address unique community needs without creating unnecessary barriers to growth. My priority is ensuring every level of government works together to lower costs, expand housing, improve infrastructure, strengthen public safety, and create jobs. Through my Big Beautiful Economic Plan, I will champion faster permitting, reduced red tape, workforce development, and policies that help businesses grow, because when government works together instead of against itself, Florida families prosper.
Florida should focus on making healthcare more affordable by lowering the cost of delivering care, not simply expanding government spending. We should reduce unnecessary regulations, expand telehealth, strengthen rural healthcare access, increase competition, and remove barriers that drive up costs for patients and providers. We must also invest in workforce development to address shortages of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Medicaid should remain a safety net for those who truly need it, but it must be managed responsibly to protect taxpayers and ensure long term sustainability. My Big Beautiful Economic Plan complements these goals by creating better jobs, growing incomes, and lowering the overall cost of living, because financial security is one of the strongest predictors of better health.
For many Florida families, property insurance has become a bigger financial burden than property taxes. We cannot solve that problem by treating the symptoms. We have to address the underlying costs that drive premiums higher. My Big Beautiful Economic Plan reduces the friction throughout the economy by cutting unnecessary regulations, streamlining permitting, encouraging responsible development, and increasing competition in the insurance and construction markets. When it costs less to build, repair, and insure homes, those savings can flow to consumers. I also support strengthening fraud prevention, improving resilience against storms, and creating a stable legal and regulatory environment that attracts more insurers to Florida. More competition and lower costs are the path to more affordable premiums.

Both Insurance and property taxes, as well as stopping socialist policies, and proper child education not indoctrination. I possess two legislative drafts that will help solve the high cost of insurance, while improving our emergency infrastructure and the second draft will focus on not only reducing real estate property taxes, but will also replace the funds with a public private partnership that will generate revenue.

Propose legislation that will provide easy access to obtain a birth certificate. This is a process that already exists in the US and in Puerto Rico. A personal story, I previously had lost my birth certificate, it was not difficult to have a copy mailed to me from Puerto Rico. The process was fairly straight forward and in two weeks, I had it in the mail. This is something that we can easily streamline for any American citizens who require a copy.

I previously provided solutions for the high cost of insurance and property taxes. I would also support measures that can help first time home buyers obtain financial assistance during the purchasing process and I would explore any and all other methods that can prioritize buyers of primary residences.

I do not support abortion. Every life has great value, and we could be killing our future great minds that can help solve the world's problems.

The home rule is appropriately addressing the separation of local and state powers, however, Tallahassee needs to follow it and get out of the local government's way. Local leaders were duly elected and know what their communities need. I support the home rule and will not support legislation that preempts local powers to the state. The legislature reinforced this in 1973 with Chapter 166. Let's just follow the laws already in place.

We should apply reciprocity to allow health insurance companies from other states to offer their services in Florida. The goal is to increase competition, reduce monopolies, and provide consumers with more options to access quality health insurance coverage at a more affordable cost.

As a Constitutionalist, I do not believe homeowners should have to pay property taxes year over year. Only when they purchase their property. The elderly should be exempt from property taxes at a minimum as many are on a fixed income. Homeowners that have never made an insurance claim should be protected from rising cost. They should not have to subsidize others that have exercised their use of insurance services.
