I would work with non-profits to assist those impacted. I believe that the private sector plays a role in this more so than government. We need less government and non-profits that work for the people on issues such as this.

Strict compliance with Homestead laws, as an example, many condo units in Palm Beach County are wrongfully combined as one unit, allowing wealth owners and advantage over the rest of the people. This is done through unscrupulous and potentially illegal Homesteading of said units. As an example, the public can search Palm Beach County property records for 3851 No. Ocean Blvd, 33483, and they will find many units are potentially and wrongfully gaining tax deductions for multiple plots by homesteading them as one unit.
I support life. I would tolerate abortion under rape and incest. I believe that the father should have a say in the matter as well.
I believe that the people should first depend in the politicians closest to them and support local governance over state mandates.
I am running for state office, I have zero control over federal policies. I believe that the system is bloated and that prices of procedures should be published and free enterprise, where the buyer can make informed decisions.
I actively support HOA and COA's combine and purchase bonds directly through underwriters, eliminating the broker middleman. I support in allowing insurance companies to compete across state lines.

Important Challenges:
1. We need to remedy the disparity between the high cost of living (home prices, insurance costs, taxes, groceries, gas) and wages to give relief to those in an affordability crisis.
2. We also need to focus on public safety, education, quality of life, managing traffic and improving infrastructure to support the growing population.
Actions to take:
1. Find ways to cut spending in areas that are not essential for safety, quality of life and education to provide tax relief. Reform the insurance industry, eliminate fraud, and make all types of insurance, homeowners, health, car, and business liability more affordable.
2. Support our police, first responders and educators by paying them competitive wages. Give parents school choice that best suits the needs, interests and talents of their children. Manage development strategically and thoughtfully with proper infrastructure in place to avoid traffic, overcrowding and safety issues.
I would provide easily accessible information on how to prove citizenship with and without primary documents, with secondary evidence, birth affidavits, or alternative records or proof.
I am a licensed Florida Realtor, and the home prices and rents are directly related to supply and demand. If the demand exceeds the supply, prices go up and vice versa, if supply exceeds demand, prices will reduce. The way to alleviate the high prices of homes and rentals is to build more affordable housing to catch up with the increased population. However, we need to be thoughtful and strategic in that to make sure the infrastructure and space is available to not overcrowd and negatively impact safety.
I am a pro-life candidate, but if a mother's life is at risk, I support access to abortion. I also support education on alternative options and support helping women in crisis pregnancies with financial support through non-profit organizations.
There is room for improvement with respect to preemption and home rule and the relationship and balance of power between state and local governments in Florida. They both want to solve the problems facing Floridians, but the methods of doing so need to be closely examined. The communication between local and state governments and the impacts on individuals and cities needs close examination before shifts in power are made.
We need to have more insurance companies in the market across states to offer more competitive pricing. We need to crack down on insurance fraud and its negative impacts. We can also encourage non-profit organizations to offer free medical services to those who are financially struggling.
Both are a concern for me. However, with property insurance, once your house is paid off, you may decline having property insurance or self-insure, but with property taxes, you have to pay them each year, whether your house is paid off or not. That being said, essential services for safety, first responders, education need to be properly funded.
