I love serving my community. Over the last 10 years I have been able to do things for the city that advances the quality of life and oversee sustained economic growth. I would like to continue as mayor to continue the good things we have started.
Business expansion / growth: Business is a crucial lifeline for a small city. Businesses attract people to the area whether for work or to live.
Housing: This is a struggle with a lot of small towns across America. For Eden Valley, we could use expansion in supply across all sectors. Single Family, Multi-family, elder, etc...
I have always operated at a level of high transparency. My time as Mayor of Eden Valley we have made changes to make it easier for residents, interested parties stay informed. Through publishing out meetings on Youtube, enabling email, sms messaging through our city's website, quarterly newsletters.
Hold public learning sessions on sensitive topics or issues that will affect residents/businesses. If needed send out surveys, setup meetings with people that need it.
You cannot have a thriving city without a strong commitment to public safety. As a city we need to ensure that policing is funded properly to make sure that our law enforcement officers have the tools and training to provide best in service community engaged policing.
