If elected to the Minnesota House, my top three priorities will be: 1. Restore Public Safety and Accountability – As a former Minneapolis Police Sergeant, I will support law enforcement, hold violent criminals accountable, strengthen victims' rights, and bring transparency to prosecutorial decisions that put politics ahead of justice. 2. Reduce Taxes and Grow Minnesota's Economy – I will fight to lower Minnesota's business tax rate to 5%, reduce individual income tax rates by 20%, eliminate taxes on Social Security income, and align Minnesota with federal policies that exempt tips and overtime from taxation. This will help families keep more of what they earn and make Minnesota more competitive. 3. Protect Children and Parents' Rights – I w
To support a vibrant economy and help combat inflation, I will work to lower Minnesota's business tax rate to 5%, reduce individual income tax rates by 20%, eliminate taxes on Social Security income, and align Minnesota's tax policies with federal exemptions on tips and overtime. I will also reduce unnecessary regulations that drive up costs for employers and consumers, attract new businesses and jobs to Minnesota, and demand greater accountability for government spending to reduce waste and fra
I believe every Minnesotan deserves to be treated fairly and equally under the law. My wife is an immigrant to America and a minority, making our children first-generation Americans and minorities as well. I support policies that expand opportunity for all while rejecting discrimination in any form. Rather than dividing people by race or ethnicity, I will support legislation that promotes equal treatment, strong schools, safe communities, economic opportunity, and accountability in government so
I support equal rights for all Minnesotans and believe every individual should be treated fairly under the law and judged by their character, not race, sex, or background. However, I do not support the proposed Equal Rights Amendment as written. Existing state and federal law already prohibit discrimination, and I am concerned the amendment’s broad language could create unintended legal consequences and conflicts with sex-based protections. As presented, I believe it risks undermining the rights
I am an avid outdoorsman and believe we should all be good stewards of Minnesota’s natural resources, protecting clean air and water for future generations. I would support practical, targeted legislation that improves water quality, reduces pollution, and holds bad actors accountable. However, many current regulations are outdated and overly burdensome and should be modernized to reflect today’s technology and environmental advancements. One often overlooked factor in clean air policy is proper
As a former Minneapolis Police Officer, I know safe communities depend on strong law enforcement and a justice system that prioritizes victims. I would support legislation that strengthens penalties for violent and repeat offenders, reforms bail practices that allow dangerous individuals back on the streets, and holds prosecutors accountable when they fail to pursue justice. We must fully support police, restore consequences for criminal behavior, and ensure victims are protected and heard.

I support reducing the influence of big money in elections by restoring transparency and accountability in campaign finance while protecting First Amendment rights. I have pledged to never accept a single penny from lobbyists or special interest groups, and I believe elected officials should be accountable only to the people they represent. I would support stronger disclosure requirements, stricter limits on coordination with outside groups, and term limits to reduce the power of entrenched poli
