I have earned the trust of some of the world’s largest companies to step in when performance is failing—turning around operations across the U.S. and internationally. My leadership is defined by action, accountability, and a proven ability to deliver results when challenges are complex.
My experience aligns directly with the responsibilities of a County Commissioner. I have managed large budgets, negotiated and overseen complex contracts, and led multi-region operations with full accountability for results. I bring disciplined oversight, fiscal responsibility, and a proven ability to manage infrastructure, vendors, and public resources effectively.
I see two pressing challenges. First, poorly planned growth that is outpacing the infrastructure needed to support it. Second, comprehensive water management: drainage, flood control, water quality, and irrigation. I will address both through long-range, data-driven planning and coordinated collaboration with federal, state, county, and local partners - taxpayers and businesses actively engaged.
First, I would support a transparent, open-door leadership approach that makes county officials accessible and responsive, so voters know their voices matter. Second, I would encourage consistent engagement through public forums and modern communication tools, especially to connect with younger residents who often feel disconnected and unheard.
Current community engagement is fragmented and often siloed, which contributes to mistrust and disengagement. I'd enhance engagement by leading with transparency, accountability, fiscal responsibility, and ethical conduct. I'd support citizen focus groups and advisory committees bringing residents together thru shared priorities, clear goals, and measured results - engagement leads to real results
