I am running for County Judge because leadership matters. Montgomery County needs a County Judge who leads like the CEO of county government, focused on public safety, infrastructure, and responsible tax-dollar management. I have served this county for 40 years in multiple roles, starting as a custodian, going into law enforcement and now Justice of the Peace. I believe in servant leadership.
My qualifications come from 40 years of service in Montgomery County government, law enforcement, emergency management, and judicial administration.
1. Montgomery County needs a County Judge who leads like a CEO of county government, focused on public safety, infrastructure, and responsible tax-dollar management. 2. I believe in servant leadership, transparency, and common sense conservatism. I want to bring unity and accountability to county government.
1. My campaign will be active in every precinct in Montgomery County. I plan to aggressively get out the vote and increase voter participation as much as possible. 2. I am very active in the youth programs in my church. One of the things we emphasize to the voting-age youth is that if you want to make a difference in society you must vote.
Montgomery County is the fastest growing county in Texas, and we need to plan and anticipate our transportation needs accordingly. We never want to be in the position of playing transportation catch-up, as they had to do in Harris County.
I want the citizens of Montgomery County to clearly see and track the business of Commissioners Court by making issues and agendas conveniently accessible on the county website, and continue the live broadcast and archived Court meeting to allow follow-up and accountability by the public.
