I began my community involvement by leading the Webb County Youth for none other than Governor Ann Richards, fast forward to today, I have been in the political trenches since 2014. I've worn many hats from precinct chair to campaign strategist. I serve as the current Senatorial District Executive Committeewoman as well as Secretary for our local Party. I co-founded organizations like Fort Bend For All, Fort Bend County Tejano Democrats and Texas Democratic Women Fort Bend. I participated in the Progressive Change Campaign Committee (PCCC) training, also Arena Academy training for Data and Field Organizing. Every year I have continued training with the Texas Democratic Party and Democratic National Committee. I am ready to roll my sleeves and work together to keep Fort Bend County Blue.
First we need to increase our voter turnout. Voter turnout requires a multi-faceted approach, tailored to different communities and demographics. We need a focused effort to educate and mobilize voters. Integration of phone banking with door knocking. Moreover, we must implement a strong digital strategy. Furthermore, a well-coordinated and continuous GOTV (Get Out the Vote) education effort is vital.

Secondly,"Financial security is essential, and it's the foundation upon which we build. We have a two-fold strategy for raising funds that will enable us to effectively support our candidates and volunteers. We'll focus on building a steady cash flow through monthly donations. In conjunction with big ticket fundraisers.

For over 30 years, I have been active in Democratic politics in Fort Bend. I have extensive experience with diverse individuals. I have also presided over tumultuous campaigns, championed the Party faithful, and raised lots of cash to see our Party grow and succeed. As a savvy entrepreneur, I have used my business acumen to generate excitement and loyalty. For example, when I work with candidates, I create robust opportunities for their success. Whether printing their campaign signs, push cards, and other materials at no cost, hosting large-dollar fundraisers, training volunteers, or seeking effective ways to promote the Party, my methods have been met with success for countless individuals. I am a problem-solver, a uniter, and a man of focus. If elected, I will lead our county with honor.
The two most pressing issues are raising funds and uniting our Party. We must do a better job raising money to help our candidates garner the support they need to win. As the Party Chair, I will lead more effective efforts: host quarterly events, build our grassroots opportunities, and increase plutocratic funding. I will build relationships with special interest groups and PACs that align with our Party’s principles and goals. I will reach out to individuals who have walked away and find ways to repair our broken relationships, re-ignite passion for our Party, and build broken bridges. Fort Bend County is the most diverse and one of the wealthiest counties in Texas. Espousing principles of inclusion and mutual respect, I vow to combat antipathy and create collaborative efforts that help us raise money and give all Party members a voice.
