I have over 20 years of experience in audit, finance, compliance, and process improvement in both the public and private sectors. I hold an MBA and am a Certified Internal Auditor. My work includes managing complex records, ensuring legal compliance, and improving operations. Combined with state and local civic service and nonprofit leadership, this background prepares me to run this office accurately, fairly, and professionally in full compliance with the law.
1. Protecting the integrity and security of official records
I will strengthen chain-of-custody controls for deeds, plats, court files, and vital records through secure digital tracking, standardized procedures, and strong internal safeguards to ensure accuracy, compliance, and public trust.
2. Modernizing services while improving public access
I will modernize technology responsibly by upgrading IT systems and using appropriate AI tools to reduce errors and digitize records, while bringing services closer to residents through satellite offices, outreach, and process improvements to deliver efficient, accessible service countywide.
