I have extensive local government experience, having served as Mayor of Keller since 2020 and previously as a Keller City Councilman from 2014 to 2018. These roles have given me hands-on experience in leadership, budgeting, policy-making, and working directly with residents and city departments. I am committed to fiscally responsible, transparent, and effective governance.
Texas should protect free and fair elections by ensuring strong voter ID laws, keeping accurate voter rolls, enforcing clear chain-of-custody rules for ballots, and limiting practices that invite abuse, such as universal mail-in voting. These measures help ensure elections are secure, transparent, and trusted by voters.
To make healthcare more affordable and accessible, Texas should focus on lowering costs through competition and transparency, not expanding government control. This includes increasing price transparency, reducing regulatory and insurance mandates, and encouraging free-market solutions that give patients more choice. Texas should also strengthen the healthcare workforce and support innovative care models, while protecting taxpayers from costly expansions that do not improve outcomes.
Texas should encourage good-paying jobs by cutting taxes, reducing regulations, reforming occupational licensing, and expanding workforce training tied to local industry needs. These pro-growth policies will encourage private investment and bring economic opportunity to all Texan communities, rural, suburban, & urban.
Texas should ensure reliable, affordable energy by cutting unnecessary regulations, and encouraging domestic energy production. At the same time, we must protect the natural beauty of Texas through responsible stewardship, conservation that does not drive-up costs or threaten grid reliability.
I support ensuring adequate public education funding by using Texas’ budget surplus to help abolish Robin Hood and directly fund schools without punishing successful districts. Texas should prioritize classroom spending over bureaucracy, give local communities more control, and ensure taxpayer dollars are used efficiently to benefit students and teachers.

I’ve been a three-time Senate-confirmed appointee of Governor Abbott, serving in leadership roles that required integrity, oversight, and sound judgment; most recently I was appointed the Trinity River Authority, the largest river authority west of the Mississippi River. I’ve also served as Treasurer of both the Republican Party of Texas and the Tarrant County GOP. Beyond titles, I’ve spent decades involved in conservative advocacy, community service, and mentoring young leaders.
Texas must protect both access and security. Elections should be easy for eligible Texans to participate in and extremely hard for fraud or illegal influence to succeed. I’d support measures that ensure voter rolls are accurate and secure, verify identity and citizenship, and produce paper-trail ballots for auditability. I’d also back sensible steps like expanded early voting options while maintaining uniform rules statewide, and strict penalties for fraud.
Healthcare is most affordable and accessible when it’s driven by patients and doctors, not bureaucracy. I support protecting Medicaid and Medicare for seniors, the disabled, and those who truly need help, while tightening eligibility and rooting out waste and fraud. Texas should expand price transparency, support direct primary care, reduce regulatory costs, and increase competition so families have more choice and lower costs without growing government.
The best way to bring good paying jobs is to remove the barriers that keep private investment out and holding the line on tort reform to keep business safe. I’d support cutting property and business taxes, streamlining permitting, rolling back unnecessary regulations, and expanding affordable energy production so employers can grow and hire. Government doesn’t create prosperity; free markets do when communities are allowed to compete and workers keep more of what they earn.
Texas keeps energy affordable and reliable by expanding production, not restricting it. I support continued investment in natural gas and other proven generation, streamlined permitting, and a grid that prioritizes reliability over ideology. Wind and solar rely on mining-intensive materials, toxic components, and disposal practices that damage land and water while shifting pollution overseas rather than reducing it.
Public education should be funded honestly and sustainably. I support shifting more responsibility to the state to reduce reliance on rising property taxes, increasing transparency in school finance, and ensuring dollars reach classrooms first. We should cap local spending growth, reform Robin Hood, and move toward eliminating school M&O taxes so families aren’t taxed out of their homes to fund education.
