I completed my formal education in Texas and later served in the United States Navy, where I received advanced training in leadership, responsibility, and operational decision-making. I attended San Antonio College prior to joining the Navy, later studied management at Northwood University, and continued my education while on active duty at Tidewater Community College, where I studied criminal justice. Throughout my professional career, I have continued my education through industry-specific training, leadership development, and compliance-focused programs that support ethical and effective public service.
Experience
I have over 30 years of professional experience in leadership, operations, and public service. I served eight years in the United States Navy, where I developed a strong foundation in discipline, accountability, and decision-making under pressure. Following my military service, I spent more than two decades in the automotive industry in senior leadership roles, including serving as a general manager for multiple dealerships and as president of a regional dealer association. My career has required strict adherence to ethical standards, regulatory compliance, personnel management, and fair, consistent decision-making.

The office should serve the public by ensuring access to justice, clear communication, and consistent application of legal standards while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Effective docket management requires careful scheduling, timely review of filings, and setting clear expectations for court proceedings.
