Occupation HUMAN RESOURCES
I am a U.S. Army veteran, business and human resources leader, community volunteer, and father. I graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and served as an Army officer, including a deployment to Afghanistan, where I learned the importance of service, accountability, and teamwork.

Professionally, I have spent my career in leadership roles focused on developing people, managing complex organizations, and ensuring accountability and compliance. I am also actively involved in my community as a coach and mentor. These experiences have prepared me to represent District 57 with integrity, collaboration, and a focus on practical solutions that put people first.
Texas should protect voting rights while ensuring elections remain secure and trustworthy. I support policies that expand access to voting, such as clear, consistent rules, adequate polling locations, and well-trained election workers, while maintaining strong safeguards against fraud. Election laws should be transparent, fair, and easy for voters to understand, and local election officials should be supported with the resources they need to administer elections effectively.
The state has a responsibility to promote a healthy population by ensuring access to affordable, quality healthcare. I support strengthening primary care, mental health services, and rural healthcare access, while working to lower costs for families. The state should partner with healthcare providers, communities, and employers to improve affordability, expand coverage options, and support preventive care so Texans can stay healthy and productive.
To bring good-paying jobs to communities that have been left behind, I would support investments in workforce development, job training, and public education aligned with local economic needs. I believe in supporting small businesses, expanding apprenticeships and career pathways, investing in infrastructure, and encouraging responsible economic development that creates long-term opportunity rather than short-term gains.
Texas needs reliable, affordable energy while also protecting our environment. I support an all-of-the-above energy strategy that includes maintaining grid reliability, investing in infrastructure and modernization, and encouraging innovation across traditional and renewable energy sources. Planning, oversight, and accountability are essential to prevent failures and keep energy affordable for families and businesses.
Securing Texas’s long-term water supply requires proactive planning. I support investing in water infrastructure, conservation programs, regional planning, and new technologies such as water reuse and efficient storage. The state should work closely with local communities, agriculture, and industry to manage growing demand while protecting water resources for future generations.
Every Texas student deserves access to a quality public education. I support fully funding public schools, paying and supporting educators competitively, and ensuring accountability for all education options. Regardless of school choice policies, the state must prioritize strong, accessible public schools that serve the vast majority of students and communities across Texas.
