If I am truly a candidate and possibly win the Dallas County Republican Chairman position, I would find many more candidates for electable positions. Here in Dallas County, we have way too many electable positions that are uncontested/unchallenged by the Republican Party. I would like to see multiple candidates on the ballot for each electable position. This office’s pressing need is to recruit many more electable candidates to overfill the ballots. We need many more Republican candidates to run for electable offices, I will find them and I will recruit them if elected for this position.
Traditionally underserved populations do not have enough advertisement to support the Republican Party and their candidates. I will ensure the placement of Republican Campaign Signs in underserved communities: such as Vote Republican/Vote S.T. Russell. Dallas County Republican Party really needs to brainstorm, team up, and create a structure of developing numerous strategies to gain the participation of Traditionally Underserved Populations. If elected, I will lead Texas metropolitan areas in encouraging all segments/parts of their counties to participate in all government affairs by voting.
Political Campaigns cost money, which can purchase more campaign advertising. If elected, I plan to implement multiple Yard Sign Campaigns to help my Republican Party compete with the goal of encouraging more voter participation in underserved communities. Fundraising to purchase Yard Signs is the main Goal I will implement in Dallas County if elected Chairman. I will blanket the County with Yard Signs using the fundraised campaign donations. Funds can be donated via Cashapp ($STRussell214) or Venmo (@STRussell214) for $10, $25, or $100 to aid with Campaign Sign purchases.
Team Building is a very important and pressing issue for this office, and I would address this by using my college education to pull Republican team members together in agreement for needs in this county. Organizational Structure is another pressing issue, and I would use my Air Force military training to structure duties of the Party. Having Precinct Chairpersons from each precinct is also a pressing issue, and I will use my college graduate status of Cum Laude in Psychology (Religious) to encourage other Republicans’ participation to become a precinct chair and fill all vacancies.
